Heidi Klum is headed back to “Project Runway.”

TODAY.com has learned that the supermodel and TV personality is returning to the fashion competition show after departing the franchise in 2018.

Additionally, the official Instagram for “Project Runway” also confirmed the news.

“Some things are too good to keep buttoned up. @heidiklum returns to Project Runway,” the Jan. 3 caption reads.

The post includes three slides and the phrase, “In fashion, one day you’re out…and the next day you’re in.” It also includes a Deadline article with news of Klum’s return.

Klum hosted “Project Runway” for 16 seasons from 2004 to 2017. In 2013, she and Tim Gunn won the Emmy for outstanding host for a reality or reality-competition program.

Klum and Gunn both left the show in 2018 to lead another fashion competition show, “Making The Cut” for Prime Video. Karlie Kloss and Christian Siriano would go on to host “Project Runway” the following seasons.

“I am incredibly proud of the show, and it will always have a special place in my heart,” Klum wrote in 2018, in part, when she announced her departure from “Project Runway.” “I am so appreciative of the dedicated fans, and most of all, I am grateful that we could shine a light on creativity and help launch so many talented designers’ careers.”

“Project Runway” is heading into Season 21, which will premiere later this year. In 2024, it was announced that the show would be moving from Bravo to Freeform, and be available on Disney+ and Hulu.

The upcoming season will consist of 10 episodes that will air weekly, according to Variety.
